Refund policy

Returns products must be in the original condition that it was received. 

Returns are accepted for damaged goods only. If the product is damaged upon receiving, take a picture and send it via email at rubycreekcandleco@gmail.com within 24 hours. 

Damaged products will be replaced after discussion with the customer.  To receive a replacement product, damaged products must be returned within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
