Refund policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are undamaged and in original condition. To return a product for a refund please contact us at info@rubycreekcandleco.ca within 72 hours of receiving your products.
Returns of products must be received to us within 30 days and in undamaged condition. Once received and determined that product(s) are in original condition we will issue a refund. Refunds should be returned to the customer within 5 days.
Please ensure that when returning the products that you have packaged them securely. We are not responsible for products that are returned damaged or broken. We will be unable to refund your money if the product is damaged.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. When returning a product the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All products that are sold in a bundled or boxed set will need to be returned in full.
If you receive a product that is damaged, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your product at info@rubycreekcandleco.ca We require a photo of the product in the original box as well as a photo of the original sipping label. Once determined that the product arrived damaged, we will issue a refund or store credit.
We strive to provide you with a great experience both in purchasing and returning. If you are returning a product we would love to hear from you so we can improve our product or service.
