Returns/Refunds

Returns/Refunds are accepted.  Please email us at info@rubycreekcandleco.ca within 3 days of receiving your products. Original proof of purchase is required for returns/refunds.

Please ensure that you have packaged products carefully for return.  We cannot provide a refund for products that are returned damaged.

Customers are responsible for any costs incurred to return product (s) including shipping costs.  

Products that are bundled will need to be returned in full.

All returns must be received within 14 days of requesting a refund.

Once we receive the product (s) and determine they are not damaged a refund will be issued.  The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.  Refunds will be determined by total cost less the value of shipping and any administrative costs incurred such as credit card processing fees.

Damaged Goods

If you receive products that are damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your products at info@rubycreekcandleco.ca

When contacting us regarding damaged goods, please ensure that you send a photo of the damaged product, the original box you received it in with the shipping label that can be clearly seen in the photo and the original proof of purchase.

Once determined that the products are damaged, a refund, store credit or exchange will be issued.  

We are committed to providing you 100% satisfaction with your products.  If you are returning or requesting a refund please provide a reason in your email so we can improve our products or service.
