Products will be shipped as per the chosen method at checkout. 

There is a 1-3 day preparation prior to shipping.

Shipping costs and any Import or Duty costs are the customer's responsibility

Should you receive damaged goods, please advise us immediately so we can rectify the problem.

Should you not receive your package in the shipping time specified, please advise us immediately so we can track your parcel.

We strive to ensure your package is delivered as per the customer's request, however circumstances such as weather or other adverse events may cause the delivery of your package to be delayed.  This is unfortunately beyond our control.
