Product Information and Candle Care

Our candles and wax melts are made from 100%soy wax

We use Fragrance oils in our candles.  Wax melts contain either Fragrance oils or essential oils.

Our candles are Handmade and Hand Poured in small batches.  We strive to maintain consistency in the total volume of the products.  Our product weight listed is net average.  Some products may be slightly higher or lower

When burning your candle allow it to burn until the entire surface melts before putting it out.  You may create tunneling in your candle where a rim of wax is created that never melts.

Remove wick trimmings from your candle wax prior to lighting your candle.

Before lighting your candle, trim your wick to 1/4 inch above the wax.

Invest in a candle snuffer to extinguish your candle.  You can alternatively replace the lid of the candle vessel.  Do not use water and any other liquid to extinguish your candle.

Do not burn your candle if it has less than 0.5 inches of wax left.  Doing so could cause the candle vessel to overheat and potentially crack.

Store your candles in a cool dark place to prevent discolouration, loss of scent or wax melting.

Burn candles for approximately 3-4 hours at a time.  Burning to short can cause the candle to emit poor fragrance that may not be detectable.  Burning too long may cause the candle to put off soot.

Keep your candle away from vents, fans or air drafts to prevent excess soot.

Keep burning candles away from anything that could catch fire.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Ensure your candle is placed on a heat resistant surface.

Single wick candles are meant to be used in smaller rooms and multiple wick candles in larger rooms for optimal fragrance performance.
